3 Year Warranty
JDS’ commitment under the warranty is to provide necessary parts for the repair or, as an option, to provide replacement of product (labor excluded). All specific, incidental and/or consequential damages are not included. No credit will be issued for complete vacuum systems until attempting to correct the problem in the field. Written notice of breach of warranty must be given to JDS within the warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance, accident or misuse. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use of cleaning, disinfecting or sterilizing chemicals and processes. The warranty does not cover failures due to hard water deposits. Failure to follow instructions provided in JDS’ Installation & Operation Guide may void the warranty.
*Damage caused from shipping or equipment handlers and installers is not covered by JDS.
